Ingredients

• 12 bunch fresh spinach
• 2 thinly sliced oranges
• rice vinegar
• olive oil
• chopped walnuts

Directions

1. Toss the oranges and spinach
2. Add desired rice vinegar and olive oil
3. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts
