Spinach Bake

Ingredients

• 2 10 oz each pkg chopped spinach thawed and well drained
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 c 4 oz shredded
• 23 c Miracle Whip
• 12 c bread crumbs
• 2 tsp margarine melted
• 1 10 34 oz can cream of mushroom soup
• sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Mix spinach beaten eggs soup cheese and dressing
3. Spoon spinach mixture into 8-inch square baking dish Top with combined bread crumbs and margarine
4. Bake 45 to 55 minutes
5. Makes 6 servings
