Spinach Balls
Ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained very well
- 2 c Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 large onion chopped very fine but not grated
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 34 c melted oleo
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 tsp garlic salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 tsp Accent
Directions
- Roll in balls size of quarters chill or may be frozen until ready to bake
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes on foil lined cookie sheet
