Spinach Balls

Ingredients
- 34 c oleo melted
- 1 large onion sauteed in oleo
- 2 pkg chopped frozen spinach cooked and drained completely
- 4 eggs beaten
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 c Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Refrigerate at least one hour Roll into balls and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes
