Spinach Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 12 c sour cream
- 1 Tbsp onion salt
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 pkg frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained until very dry
- 12 tsp ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Put sour cream onion salt and garlic in blender or mix with fork
- Add to all other ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Put in casserole
- Top with bread crumbs
- Bake for 25 minutes
