Spinach Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 pkg frozen spinach
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Directions
- Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well Cut cream cheese in chunks and add to spinach
- Stir until cream cheese is melted
- Add mushroom soup to spinach mixture
- Fold in 34 can of onion rings
- Place mixture in casserole dish and bake in a 350 oven for 25 minutes
- Top casserole with remaining onion rings and bake 5 minutes more
