Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

• 4 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed
• 14 c butter or margarine
• 12 onion chopped
• 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
• 1 6 oz roll jalapeno pepper cheese grated
• 12 tsp garlic salt
• 12 tsp celery salt
• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 2 c crushed round buttery crackers about 56
• 14 c butter or margarine melted

2. Mexican cheese loaf may be substituted for jalapeno pepper cheese
