Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 pkg frozen spinach
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can French fried onion rings

Directions

1. Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well Cut cream cheese in chunks and add to spinach
2. Stir until cream cheese is melted
3. Add mushroom soup to spinach mixture
4. Fold in 34 can of onion rings
5. Place mixture in casserole dish and bake in a 350 oven for 25 minutes
6. Top casserole with remaining onion rings and bake 5 minutes more
