Spinach Cheese Bake

Ingredients

• 1 - 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 - 3 oz pkg cream cheese cubed
• 14 c butter cubed
• 1 12 tsp minced onion
• 12 tsp salt
• 34 c American cheese cubed or shredded

Directions

1. Thaw and drain spinach
2. Combine flour eggs cream cheese American cheese onions and salt
3. Add spinach and mix well Pour into a greased 9 x 9 casserole
4. Sprinkle topping over mixture
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and light brown on top
