Spinach Cheese Bread

Ingredients

• 3 c Bisquick mix
• 1 11 oz can Cheddar cheese soup
• 3 eggs
• 14 c vegetable oil
• 1 Tbsp caraway seed
• 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan
3. Mix all ingredients except spinach until well blended
4. Beat for 1 minute
5. Stir in spinach until well blended
6. Pour into pan Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
7. Cool for 20 minutes remove from pan
8. Makes one loaf 24 slices
