Spinach Fettucine

Ingredients

• 12 lb fresh spinach
• 1 clove minced garlic
• 2 Tbsp chopped onion
• 1 stick butter
• 1 box fettucine
• 12 c heavy cream
• 1 c Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Clean spinach removing stems
2. Cook garlic onion and 12 stick butter until golden
3. Add spinach
4. Cover until wilted Cook fettucine
5. Drain
6. Mix with 12 stick butter cream and cheese
7. Add spinach mixture
