Spinach Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz pkg Ricotta cheese
- 1 10 oz pkg chopped spinach thawed and well drained
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 c spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz lasagna noodles cooked and drained
- 1 16 oz pkg Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Mix together Ricotta cheese spinach Parmesan cheese and egg until well blended
- Layer 1 cup sauce 3 noodles 1 cup Ricotta cheese mixture and part of Mozzarella cheese in 12 x 8-inch baking dish
- Repeat layers twice
- Cover with foil
- Bake 20 minutes remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer
- Let stand 10 minutes
- Serves 6 to 8
