Spinach Noodle And Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts or 1 hen
- 5 oz spinach noodles
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 c chopped green pepper
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 small can olives chopped
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 or 2 cans water chestnuts sliced
- 1 large can mushrooms sliced
- 2 cans mushroom soup
Directions
- Cook chicken reserve broth
- Cut into bite-size pieces
- Cook spinach noodles in 1 12 pints of chicken broth
- Do not cook noodles too long
- You may use more noodles if you wish
- Saute the onion green pepper and celery in margarine
- Add cheese olives water chestnuts mushrooms and mushroom soup undiluted Mix well with all ingredients
- When ready to serve heat to bubbly
