Spinach Or Broccoli Bake

Ingredients

• 1 box frozen chopped broccoli or spinach
• 1 egg slightly beaten
• 1 tsp grated onion
• 1 stick butter
• 34 c sharp cheese grated
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 34 c stuffing mix

Directions

1. Thaw spinach
2. Add cheese soup butter onion and egg mix well
3. Toss in stuffing reserve 34 cup
4. Place in greased 1-quart casserole
5. Top with remaining stuffing
6. Dot with butter Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
