Spinach Parma
Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pkg spinach thawed and drained
- 2 c seasoned crushed croutons
- 14 c melted oleo
- 1 c small curd cottage cheese
- 4 oz Swiss or other cheese cubed
- 3 eggs beaten
- 14 c chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 c Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Combine croutons and oleo pat into quiche pan
- Combine 14 cup Parmesan cheese and remaining ingredients mix well
- Spoon over crust
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- Let stand 5 minutes
