Spinach Pie

Ingredients

• 2 boxes frozen spinach
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese room temperature
• 1 small pkg Feta cheese room temperature
• 16 phyllo layers
• melted butter
• Parmesan or Romano cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Defrost spinach and squeeze dry
3. Chop Place room temperature cheeses in a mixing bowl
4. Add spinach and stir until blended
