Spinach Pie

Ingredients

• 34 c crumbled Italian sausage
• 2 eggs
• 3 Tbsp milk
• 2 tsp chopped onion
• 12 c sliced mushrooms
• 1 10 oz pkg Stouffers frozen spinach souffle thawed
• 34 c shredded Swiss cheese
• 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

1. Brown sausage in skillet drain
2. Beat eggs and milk in bowl Stir in onion mushrooms spinach sausage and cheese
3. Pour into 10-inch pie shell
4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is puffed in a 400 preheated oven
5. Yields 4 servings
