Spinach Quiche
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 12 pt heavy cream
- 12 oz grated cheese Swiss Gruyere etc
- 1 pkg chopped frozen spinach cooked and drained
- 1 deep dish pie shell
Directions
- Blend eggs and cream until foamy
- Combine with all other ingredients and pour into prebaked 9-inch pie shell
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
- A knife should come out clean when testing
