Spinach Quiche
Ingredients
- pie crust ready made
- 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach cooked
- 3 eggs
- 1 container Ricotta cheese
- shredded Swiss cheese
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Directions
- Partially bake pie crust for 10 to 12 minutes
- Remove from oven
- In a medium saucepan combine cooked and drained spinach eggs Ricotta cheese 12 cup Swiss cheese and spices
- Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat
- Pour into pie shell
- Sprinkle with remaining Swiss cheese
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
