Spinach Rarebit

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg Welsh Rarebit thawed Stouffers brand
  • 2 pkg frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can Durkee French fried onions
  • 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Grease 2-quart casserole dish
  2. Cook spinach and drain well Mix with 23 Welsh Rarebit and add water chestnuts and 12 can fried onions
  3. Place in dish crumble bacon on top and spread rest of Welsh Rarebit to cover
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
  5. Sprinkle rest of can of fried onions on top and bake for 5 additional minutes
  6. Serves 6 to 8
