Spinach Salad
Ingredients
- 12 c fresh spinach torn into bite-size pieces approximately 16 ounces
- 1 tomato cut in wedges
- 2 hard-cooked eggs cut in wedges
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 12 c crumpled Feta cheese optional
- 13 c olive oil or salad oil
- 2 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 12 tsp dried oregano crushed
- 12 tsp pepper
Directions
- Place spinach and tomatoes in salad bowl
- Arrange eggs onion and cheese on top
