1 large pkg fresh spinach washed and stems removed dry well with paper towel
2 hard-boiled eggs chopped fine
2 cans drained water chestnuts sliced
8 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
1 c croutons I make my own
1 c cooking oil
12 c sugar
12 c vinegar I like salad vinegar
12 c catsup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
14 c minced onion dry is okay but use 12 tsp
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients chill well
Make dressing with remaining ingredients except croutons shake well to blend Pour over greens a little at a time and toss it doesnt take all of the dressing for 1 salad
