Ingredients

  • 2 pkg frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 1 c herbed Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 12 stick butter

Directions

  1. Cook spinach drain well Mix soup and sour cream let set Add crumbs soaked in melted butter to sour cream mixture
  2. Mix in spinach and place in casserole
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
