Spinach Souffle

Ingredients
- 7 eggs well beaten
- 12 stick butter
- 24 oz cottage cheese
- 6 Tbsp flour
- 12 lb cheese cut in chunks
- 1 pkg spinach frozen and chopped
Directions
- Thaw and squeeze out spinach
- Mix with other ingredients Put in greased casserole
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes for
- a 7 x 11-inch dish
- I use a 9 x 13-inch dish and bake a little less time
