Spinach Souffle
Ingredients
- 2 pkg frozen chopped spinach
- 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 pt sour cream
- 1 c herbed Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 12 stick butter
Directions
- Cook spinach drain well Mix soup and sour cream let set Add crumbs soaked in melted butter to sour cream mixture
- Mix in spinach and place in casserole
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
