Spinach Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb spinach
- 14 c vegetable oil
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2 green onions sliced
- 14 c chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Tear spinach into bite size pieces
- Heat wok or large skillet until hot
- Add vegetable oil rotate to coat side
- Add garlic stir-fry for 2 minutes
- Stir in chicken broth salt and pepper Cover and cook 1 minute
- Yields 2 servings
