Spinach Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb spinach
  • 14 c vegetable oil
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 14 c chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Tear spinach into bite size pieces
  2. Heat wok or large skillet until hot
  3. Add vegetable oil rotate to coat side
  4. Add garlic stir-fry for 2 minutes
  5. Stir in chicken broth salt and pepper Cover and cook 1 minute
