Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz pkg frozen spinach souffle
- 1 c soft bread crumbs lightly toasted
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 24 large fresh mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Bake souffle uncovered for 15 to 18 minutes or until slightly warmed
- Combine souffle bread crumbs onion and lemon juice in bowl mix well
- Remove and discard mushroom stems
- Place mushroom caps in shallow baking pan
- Brush with butter sprinkle with cheese
- Bake for 15 minutes
