Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz pkg frozen spinach souffle
  • 1 c soft bread crumbs lightly toasted
  • 1 tsp dried minced onion
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 24 large fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Bake souffle uncovered for 15 to 18 minutes or until slightly warmed
  3. Combine souffle bread crumbs onion and lemon juice in bowl mix well
  4. Remove and discard mushroom stems
  5. Place mushroom caps in shallow baking pan
  6. Brush with butter sprinkle with cheese
  7. Bake for 15 minutes
