Spinach Teriyaki
Ingredients
- fresh leaf spinach
- cooking oil
- cooking starch
- teriyaki sauce
Directions
- Put enough leaf spinach in 10-inch frying pan to pile up about 4 inches above top of pan
- Pour in about 14 cup of oil
- Put stove on medium and cook leaves down to point where spinach is soft and oily
- Stir with spatula the whole time 3 to 5 minutes Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and continue to stir Add 2 tablespoons of starch and stir
