Spinach Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • fresh leaf spinach
  • cooking oil
  • cooking starch
  • teriyaki sauce

Directions

  1. Put enough leaf spinach in 10-inch frying pan to pile up about 4 inches above top of pan
  2. Pour in about 14 cup of oil
  3. Put stove on medium and cook leaves down to point where spinach is soft and oily
  4. Stir with spatula the whole time 3 to 5 minutes Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and continue to stir Add 2 tablespoons of starch and stir
