Spinach With Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 box frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 1 Tbsp grated onion
• 3 beaten eggs
• 12 c grated sharp cheese
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Melt butter in skillet
2. Add flour and stir until smooth
3. Add onion and brown lightly
4. Add spinach eggs cheese salt and pepper
5. Cook and stir together for at least 5 minutes
