Spoon Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand 5 minutes.
- Combine yeast mixture with butter and flour in bowl; mix well.
- Stir in egg and sugar.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Spoon butter into greased muffin pans; fill 2/3 full.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
