Spoon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Combine yeast mixture with butter and flour in bowl; mix well.
  3. Stir in egg and sugar.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Spoon butter into greased muffin pans; fill 2/3 full.
  6. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
