Spoon Rolls

Ingredients

• 1 stick 14 lb butter or margarine
• 2 c warm water
• 14 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 pkg dry yeast
• 4 c self-rising flour

Directions

1. Melt the margarine in a 10-cup refrigerator container using the microwave oven
2. Takes about 1 minute on High
3. Add everything else but the flour
4. Beat
5. Add the flour and mix well Refrigerate until you are ready to bake muffins
6. May bake immediately or wait 2 to 3 days
