Spritz Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 12 c sifted flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 c butter
- 12 c white or brown sugar
- 1 egg unbeaten
- 1 tsp vanilla or maple flavoring
Directions
- Sift flour and salt together
- Cream butter add sugar
- Cream together well
- Add egg and flavoring beat well
- Blend dry ingredients in gradually
- Press through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 375 for 7 to 10 minutes
