Squash And Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 medium yellow squash sliced
- 12 c onion diced
- 1 c creamed corn
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 12 c Cheddar cheese grated
- 12 c croutons or toasted bread crumbs
- 34 tsp salt
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash paprika
Directions
- Saute squash and onion in butter until tender
- Stir in corn salt pepper garlic and paprika mix well
- Spoon mixture into casserole dish
- Top with croutons or bread crumbs and grated cheese
- Bake at 300 for 30 minutes
