Squash And Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 medium yellow squash sliced
  • 12 c onion diced
  • 1 c creamed corn
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 12 c Cheddar cheese grated
  • 12 c croutons or toasted bread crumbs
  • 34 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp black pepper
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 dash paprika

Directions

  1. Saute squash and onion in butter until tender
  2. Stir in corn salt pepper garlic and paprika mix well
  3. Spoon mixture into casserole dish
  4. Top with croutons or bread crumbs and grated cheese
  5. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes
