Squash Au Gratin

Ingredients
- 2 medium butternut or acorn squash
- 2 Tbsp rosemary
- salt and pepper
- Asiago cheese
Directions
- Cook squash in 350 oven until tender
- Allow to cool then peel and mash
- Add rosemary salt and pepper to taste
- Spread squash into a buttered 13 x 9 pan
- Shred Asiago cheese and completely cover top of squash
- Bake in 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly
- Serves 8
