Squash Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 2 medium butternut or acorn squash
  • 2 Tbsp rosemary
  • salt and pepper
  • Asiago cheese

Directions

  1. Cook squash in 350 oven until tender
  2. Allow to cool then peel and mash
  3. Add rosemary salt and pepper to taste
  4. Spread squash into a buttered 13 x 9 pan
  5. Shred Asiago cheese and completely cover top of squash
  6. Bake in 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly
  7. Serves 8
