Squash Casserole 1

Ingredients
- 2 lb summer squash cooked and mashed
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 pt sour cream
- 1 pkg Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
- 1 stick margarine melted
Directions
- Mix margarine and dressing mix Reserve 12 for topping Mix squash sour cream onion carrots chicken soup and 12 dressing with margarine Place in 1 large or 2 small casserole dishes Top with reserved dressing mix Bake at 350 Serves 8 generously
