Squash Cheese Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1 c milk
  • 1 c bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 34 tsp pepper
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp grated onion
  • 4 to 5 yellow squash cooked and sliced
  • 1 c Cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Heat milk pour over bread crumbs
  2. Add next 4 ingredients mix well
  3. Stir in squash and cheese
  4. Bake until firm in greased 2-quart casserole at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
