Squash Cheese Souffle

Ingredients
- 1 c milk
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 3 eggs beaten
- 34 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 Tbsp grated onion
- 4 to 5 yellow squash cooked and sliced
- 1 c Cheddar cheese shredded
Directions
- Heat milk pour over bread crumbs
- Add next 4 ingredients mix well
- Stir in squash and cheese
- Bake until firm in greased 2-quart casserole at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
