Squash Dressing Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 small pkg herb stuffing mix
• 1 stick margarine
• 3 c cooked squash
• 1 c grated carrots
• 13 c chopped onions
• 8 oz sour cream
• 1 can cream of celery soup undiluted
• 1 tsp salt

Directions

1. Melt margarine and blend with stuffing
2. Mix together remaining ingredients
3. Spread 12 stuffing mix on bottom of oblong dish spread squash mix on top
4. Sprinkle remainder of stuffing over squash mix
5. Bake at 350 until brown on top
6. Cut into squares and serve
