Squash Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 12 c cooked squash yellow crookneck
- 14 c corn meal plain
- 14 c flour plain
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 small chopped onion
Directions
- Cook unpeeled squash until tender
- Drain and then add all other ingredients
- Mix and then fry in hot oil until brown turning like a pancake
- If you like you may add jalapeno peppers to mixture before frying
