Squash Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c squash cooked and drained
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 34 tsp ginger
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 c evaporated milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and put into unbaked pie shell
- Bake at 450 for 10 minutes
- Reduce heat to 400 and bake 30 to 40 minutes
