Squash Pie

Ingredients
- 1 34 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 14 tsp lemon extract
- 3 c squash
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 c milk
Directions
- Mix squash sugar flour nutmeg vanilla and lemon extract together
- Add beaten eggs
- Add milk to squash
- Stir until well blended
- Pour into an unbaked pie shell
- Bake for 10 minutes at 375
- Bake 40 to 50 minutes or longer
