Squash Relish

Ingredients
- 12 c coarsely ground yellow squash
- 4 c coarsely ground onion
- 2 green sweet peppers
- 2 red sweet peppers
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 6 c sugar
- 2 12 c vinegar
- 1 12 Tbsp celery seed
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard
- 12 tsp pepper
- 34 Tbsp turmeric
Directions
- Mix in a large pot the salt sugar vinegar celery seed dry mustard pepper and turmeric
- Add squash peppers and onions Cook 20 minutes after coming to a full boil
- Place into hot sterilized jars with 2-piece lids and seal
- Yield 3 quarts
