Squash Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 14 c warm water 105 to 115
- 2 pkg active dry yeast
- 12 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c cooked squash or 1 12 oz pkg frozen cooked squash thawed
- 12 c butter or margarine softened
- 6 12 c unsifted all-purpose flour
- 14 c butter or margarine melted
Directions
- If possible check
- temperature of warm water with thermometer
- Sprinkle yeast over water in a large bowl stir until dissolved
- Stir in sugar and salt until dissolved
- Add eggs squash 12 cup softened butter and 3 cups flour
