Squash Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 14 c warm water 105 to 115
  • 2 pkg active dry yeast
  • 12 c sugar
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c cooked squash or 1 12 oz pkg frozen cooked squash thawed
  • 12 c butter or margarine softened
  • 6 12 c unsifted all-purpose flour
  • 14 c butter or margarine melted

Directions

  1. If possible check
  2. temperature of warm water with thermometer
  3. Sprinkle yeast over water in a large bowl stir until dissolved
  4. Stir in sugar and salt until dissolved
  5. Add eggs squash 12 cup softened butter and 3 cups flour
