Squirrel With Rice

Ingredients
- 1-inch sq salt pork
- 2 squirrels cut-up
- 2 qt water
- 1 c rice
- 14 c catsup
- 12 onion sliced
- 18 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- Dice salt pork saute until brown
- Add squirrel pieces brown lightly
- Add water
- Simmer until tender
- Add rice catsup onion and seasonings
- Cook over low heat
- Cook until rice is tender
