St PatrickS Trader Vic Salad

Ingredients

• 3 qt greens
• 6 Tbsp salad oil
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• salt and pepper
• 14 c Parmesan cheese
• 12 c crumbled Roquefort cheese
• 1 raw egg
• 12 c lemon juice
• 2 c croutons with garlic

Directions

1. Mix all but lettuce and croutons
2. Toss with greens and top with croutons
