St TimothyS Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 2 sticks margarine
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 c chopped nut
• 12 c white raisins
• 2 eggs
• 1 c sour cream
• 12 tsp vanilla
• sugar and cinnamon mixed together

Directions

1. Cream together margarine and sugar
2. Sift together flour baking powder salt and cinnamon
3. Add nuts and raisins to dry ingredients
4. Add eggs sour cream and vanilla
5. Mix well
6. Bake in bundt pan at 350 for 1 hour
7. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture on top before baking
8. Sprinkle on bottom after baking
