Starlight Mint Surprise Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c margarine
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 c flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- chocolate stars
Directions
- Cream together the margarine sugar and brown sugar
- Add eggs water and vanilla
- Beat well and add flour salt and baking soda
- Chill dough
- To 1 tablespoon of dough enclose a chocolate star and roll into a ball
- Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes
- Yield 4 12 dozen
