Stay Crisp Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 2 c shredded cabbage use knife
- 2 carrots
- 1 green pepper cut in thin strips
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c cold water
- 1 envelope gelatin
- 14 c cold water
- 23 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp celery seed
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 23 c vinegar
- 14 tsp pepper
- 23 c salad oil
Directions
- Add 12 cup cold water to cabbage carrots onion and green pepper
- Cover and refrigerate
