Ingredients

  • about 20 to 24 4 to 5-inch pieces cubed steak
  • 10 oz jar brown gravy mix
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large can mushrooms pureed
  • flour
  • oil

Directions

  1. Cover bottom of skillet to 14 to 12-inch of oil
  2. Heat Lightly salt and pepper steak pieces
  3. Roll steak in flour until covered
  4. Fry breaded steak in oil until browned on both sides Drain well
  5. Put meat in gravy
