Steak And Rice Special

Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak cut into 1-inch cubes
- 14 c cooking oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 c water
- 14 c bell pepper chopped
- 14 c A1 steak sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Flour and brown steak in oil turning to brown all sides
- Add onion and stir constantly until transparent
- Add water and remaining ingredients mixing well
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally
- Serve over hot rice Makes 4 servings
