Steak Butter

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp minced green onion
- 1 c dry wine
- 12 c butter softened
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook onion and wine in a small saucepan until the liquid is reduced to 14 cup
- Remove from heat and cool
- With beater cream butter and parsley
- Gradually beat in the wine mixture Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Makes 34 cup butter
