Steak Marinade

Ingredients
- 2 c fresh thyme leaves stripped of twiggy part
- 3 c fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 c olive oil
- 12 c wine vinegar
- 14 c wine
- 2 Tbsp hot mustard
- 5 cloves garlic
Directions
- Puree all ingredients in blender until creamy
- Marinade is best if made 24 hours ahead to marry flavors
