Steak N Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb round steak cut in serving pieces
  • 14 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 c butter
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 6 oz sliced mushrooms

Directions

  1. Flour meat and season with salt and pepper
  2. Brown in butter Place meat in casserole dish Cook onions until tender but not brown add soup milk and mushrooms
  3. Heat to boiling
  4. Pour over steak
  5. Bake covered at 325 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tender
