Steak N Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb round steak cut in serving pieces
- 14 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 c butter
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 6 oz sliced mushrooms
Directions
- Flour meat and season with salt and pepper
- Brown in butter Place meat in casserole dish Cook onions until tender but not brown add soup milk and mushrooms
- Heat to boiling
- Pour over steak
- Bake covered at 325 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tender
