Steak Soup

Ingredients
- 1 12 lean ground beef
- 2 c onions diced
- 1 c carrots sliced
- 1 c celery chopped
- 1 Tbsp garlic minced
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper sauce
- 12 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 14 c butter
- 12 c flour
Directions
- Brown meat in Dutch oven over medium high heat
- Add rest of ingredients and cook 10 to 12 minutes
- Add chicken broth tomatoes Worcestershire sauce red pepper sauce and black pepper
- Bring to a boil Reduce heat cover and simmer 15 minutes
- Meanwhile melt 14 cup butter
- Stir in flour and continue to stir until brown
- Whisk into soup cover and simmer another 15 minutes
