Steak Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 c diced celery
  • 12 c margarine
  • 2 qt water
  • 16 oz can tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Accent seasoning
  • 1 c chopped onions
  • 1 c diced carrots
  • 12 to 1 c flour
  • 10 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp beef bouillon
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Brown and drain beef Parboil onion celery and carrots until partially done Melt margarine mix in flour and water Add meat other cooked ingredients and tomatoes Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes
