Steak Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • 4 small 34-inch New York strip steaks
  • 1 14 c light brown sugar
  • 1 c light soy sauce
  • 1 12-inch piece fresh ginger peeled and grated
  • 12 clove garlic
  • 18 tsp sesame oil

Directions

  1. Place steaks in shallow pan
  2. Mix together blending well brown sugar soy sauce ginger garlic and sesame oil
  3. Pour over steaks
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight Turn steaks occasionally
