Steak Teriyaki

Ingredients
- 4 small 34-inch New York strip steaks
- 1 14 c light brown sugar
- 1 c light soy sauce
- 1 12-inch piece fresh ginger peeled and grated
- 12 clove garlic
- 18 tsp sesame oil
Directions
- Place steaks in shallow pan
- Mix together blending well brown sugar soy sauce ginger garlic and sesame oil
- Pour over steaks
- Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight Turn steaks occasionally
