Steak With Lobster Tail

Ingredients

  • 4 beef top loin steaks cut 1-inch thick
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 4 oz frozen lobster tails
  • 14 c butter
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 14 tsp salt
  • dash of paprika

Directions

  1. Slash fat edge of steaks at 1-inch intervals
  2. In skillet cook steaks over medium-high heat to desired doneness turn occasionally
  3. Allow 9 to 10 minutes total time for rare or 11 to 12 minutes for medium Season with salt and pepper
  4. Drop lobster tails in boiling salted water to cover
  5. Return to boiling reduce heat
  6. Simmer 8 minutes drain
