Ingredients
- 1 28 oz can French-fried onions coarsely crumbled
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp spicy brown mustard
- 4 thinly sliced beef top round steaks about 1 lb
Directions
- Put broiler pan 8 to 10-inches from heat and preheat broiler In a shallow bowl combine oil and mustard Dip steaks into mixture then into the onions coating completely Place steaks on a rimmed baking sheet and broil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side
