Directions

Preheat oven to 350
To get potatoes like the steakhouses do the following
pierce each potato several times with fork Coat outside of each potato with vegetable oil
In Ziploc bag roll potato in coarse kosher or rock salt
DO NOT WRAP POTATOES IN FOIL
Place potatoes directly on oven rack and bake at 350 for 1 hour
You will never eat foil wrapped potatoes again
