Steamed BroccoliMore Flavor

Ingredients
- 2 lb broccoli
- water
Directions
- Break or cut florets from main stalk
- Rinse thoroughly with cold water
- In large saucepan bring about 12 inch of water to boil
- Insert steaming basket or rack into pot
- Add broccoli cover tightly
- Steam for about 6 minutes
- Broccoli should be tender and crisp
- Makes 3 to 4 servings
