Steamed Fish

Ingredients
- 1 kumu or mullet 1 lb
- 2 slices fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp green onion finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp shoyu
- 14 tsp ajinomoto
- 1 12 Tbsp salad oil
- Chinese parsley
Directions
- Place fish and ginger in pot of boiling water water should cover fish
- Turn flame off and cover with tight fitting lid Let stand for 30 minutes or until done
- Place fish on platter Sprinkle with finely chopped green onion
