Stew

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef cubed
- potatoes
- carrots
- celery
- onions
- 1 can V-8 cocktail juice 12 oz or more
- 3 Tbsp tapioca uncooked
- salt and pepper
- a little garlic salt
- a little celery salt
Directions
- Use a large covered casserole
- Combine all ingredients into the casserole
- Cover and bake 4 hours at 250 degrees
- Do not brown meat beforehand
- Optional - frozen peas
- In crock pot may cook longer until potatoes and carrots are tender
